It started off with a good rate and positive feedback then the market changed in the area, prices dropped and it wouldn't move. He suggested taking it off the market until after the first of the year, then relisting it like a new listing, which we did. It still took 4-1/2 months but he finally got the right prospect and it was sold. He was always available when I had a question or suggestion. Great job! We are now working on another property of mine.
